Air Canada has started a phased wind-down of its operations ahead of potential labour action that could take place in the early morning hours on Saturday, Aug. 16.

We strongly encourage passengers currently booked with Air Canada to check the airline's website and any direct communication from Air Canada regarding their flight status, as well as options to cancel or reschedule flights.

Air Canada Express flights serving Halifax should not be affected by the potential labour disruption.

Please check the status of your Air Canada flight before you come to the airport given the anticipated flight disruptions.
