We had a great experience working with Rossana Calcagni at Padovani Travel in Hamilton.

We made a last-minute decision to book a Mediterranean cruise, and Rossana quickly understood our needs and presented excellent options.

She made the process easy and stress-free. We chose our trip quickly, and everything was booked and organized by the next day.

Rossana was knowledgeable, responsive, and very efficient, with great attention to detail.

We highly recommend her and Padovani Travel and will definitely use her again for future travel.

I cannot recommend Rossana highly enough! From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make planning our two-week Mediterranean honeymoon cruise an unforgettable experience. She took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and created the perfect vacation from start to finish.

Her knowledge of cruises and destinations is exceptional. She patiently answered every question we had, provided honest recommendations, and made us feel completely confident throughout the entire planning process. We always felt like we were in great hands.
