Back at it! The weekly group runs will be starting back again on June 17th and will continue every Saturday at 10am. These are easy paced group runs. If you are worried you can't keep up, don't be. It's meant to be social :)

June 17th we will be at Warren Lake!
It's time to dust the cookie crumbs off and get those legs moving!!

Trail details: 4.7km looped trail. Very flat.

With the recent announcement of activities in the forrest being prohibited, we are suspending hikes for the time being.

Unfortunately, we are going to cancel this week's group run. It's going to be a bit too cold to be social and eat snacks out there.

The lack of snow is definitely hindering typical winter activities. The glass half full outlook is it has extended the biking season, and the hiking and trail running is top notch. I'm still pretty eager to get skiing and do more snowshoeing, but I will take a bike and hike day in the Highlands whenever I can get it.

So we have a little good news and a little bad news!

The bad news is we will be changing the group run times ( very sorry about this )! In the winter months we will hold the runs on Saturday at 2pm. In the warmer months we will do them on a week day at 6pm. We will let you know the day asap!

The good news is we are doing this because there are other awesome programs in the area going on at the same time and we want to participate in them and hopefully it allows people to do both and not have to choose just one.

Tomorrows group run will be the same as last week's. Meet at St. Peter's Church and do two laps on the Keltic In and Out Roads. Next week we plan to be back on the trails... Fingers crossed maybe even snowshoeing!
