Part 4 — And finally, we were getting closer to the Golden Gate Bridge.
I pulled out my telephoto lens to catch those iconic orange‑red tones glowing in the golden hour, and my heart was racing even though my legs were tired. The long walk from Pier 39 all the way here felt exhausting and rewarding in equal measure.
We slowed down, taking in every moment as the bridge shimmered in the sunlight. By the time we reached the gate, dusk had settled in—the moon rising in a clear blue sky, the bridge turning into a silhouette I’ve dreamed of seeing up close for over 20 years.
Touching the steel, feeling its texture, standing beneath its massive presence… it felt like stepping into a memory I had manifested long before this day.

Part 3- A small detour from Marina Blvd led us to the Palace of Fine Arts—one of those places you don’t plan for, but end up remembering long after the trip. By midday, the whole area was buzzing with tourists, locals, and photographers chasing the moon and the grandeur of this architecture. For a moment, it felt like stepping into a sunny afternoon in Rome—towering columns, warm tones, and a lake reflecting it all back.
We spent nearly an hour wandering under the shade of these massive structures, grateful for the cool breeze drifting in from the water. And with the sun hitting the top of the rotunda just right, the scene turned nostalgic—like an old ruin glowing in bright yellow light. A perfect pause before continuing our walk toward the Golden Gate.

Part 2 — Still wandering around Fisherman’s Wharf, soaking in more of the Bay Area charm as the sun kept getting brighter and the views kept getting better. With every step, we moved closer to the Golden Gate Bridge, watching the city open up in front of us. There’s more to this day, and the best is yet to come… stay tuned as we make our way toward the iconic bridge.

Throwback to my birthday trip to San Francisco—two days in the city, and day one was all about soaking in the classic Bay Area charm. We started at the waterfront and walked all the way to the Golden Gate Bridge, taking in everything along the way. Nearly 25,000 steps later, I had a camera full of moments and a heart full of that unmistakable SF energy. Pier 39 and Fisherman’s Wharf were buzzing with seafood stalls, arcades, ferries, street performers, and every kind of touristy delight. Clear blue skies, sunshine, and the perfect winter breeze made it a day worth remembering.

A short Christmas escape to Kelowna, but somehow it felt timeless. Mornings by the lake, mountains wrapped in winter mist, quiet streets waking up slowly, and that soft December light that makes everything feel like a memory even while you’re standing in it. I spent these days wandering, watching, photographing—letting the valley, the fog, and the stillness settle into me. Sometimes the best holidays aren’t the longest ones, but the ones that make you pause.

There’s something special about staying in a place where the view becomes part of the story. Houses perched on the hillside, the lake stretching quietly below, and a fresh snowfall turning everything into a monochrome dream. Even the window frames felt like they belonged in the composition. I’ve started loving this trend of shooting the view through the window—because not every trip gives you a room with a view worth remembering. This one did.

Slide 1— clay tiles on the roof of the delta hotel property adds a decent theme to already beautiful room with a view

“Curtains add flavour to the window and the view.”

Slide 2 — Lakeside Reflection

“Where still water meets stillness in me.”

Slide 3— Marina + Mountains

“A monochrome morning where the town, lake, and mountains breathe the same quiet.”

Slide 4— curtain‑Wrapped photo frame like window overlooking Hillside Homes & Lake

“Dramatic photo ready window 🪟 framing the landscape.”

Slide 5— Fog‑Wrapped Hillside Homes

“Homes tucked into the fog… like secrets the mountains keep.”

Slide 6— Mist + Architecture

“When the weather paints the landscape, all I do is frame the feeling.”

Slide 7— Modern House in the Mist

“Some scenes don’t need colour—just mood, silence, and a little imagination.”

Swipe through a little slice of my Kelowna winter - An easy bayside walk outside the Delta hotel, wrapped in grey December light and that cool winter‑blue mood. The boardwalk felt peaceful, the drizzle only adding to the charm. This short holiday has been all about slow walks, small hikes, and soaking in Kelowna’s beauty—especially around Knox Mountain. More stories from this trip coming soon.

From my room at the Delta Marriott Kelowna, BC, I watched the sky turn into a slow-burning canvas—clouds swirling over Okanagan Lake, light shifting by the second. Shot on the Fuji XT5 with the 150–600mm lens, I tried to hold onto the feeling more than the frame. Some sunsets aren’t just seen—they’re felt.

At the lookout on Knox Mountain, Kelowna unfolded like a painting—valley below, fresh snow dusting the peaks, and the compressed drama of the landscape captured through my Fuji XF 150–600mm lens. A quiet moment, a wide view, and the kind of stillness that stays with you.

Ending 2025 with quiet steps by Okanagan Lake, wrapped in drizzle and soft winter light. We wandered around the Delta Marriott, breathing in the stillness, hoping for snow. Something about the clouds hugging the mountains made me certain—up there, it’s snowing. Nature has her own way of whispering magic, and today, we listened.
