Thomson Dwellings Incorporated was established in March of 2011 by owner Chris Thomson. Chris has over 25 years experience building new homes in the Kelowna, BC area and has a keen insight to niche markets. He has extensive knowledge of the City of Kelowna zoning and therefore he is able to be creative with existing properties and take advantage of land usage. Thomson Dwellings has been recognized

for quality homes and infill projects by the CHBA with numerous awards,and most importantly by satisfied clients throughout the Okanagan Valley.
