📍 RIU Palace Antillas, Aruba
For the past couple of days, I have been staying at RIU Palace Antillas, an adults only all-inclusive located right on Palm Beach.
While I would consider this a step down from some of the other RIU Palace properties I've stayed at, the real draw here is the location.
Palm Beach is one of my favourite areas in Aruba. Beyond the beautiful stretch of beach, there is so much happening just outside the resort. Restaurants, bars, shopping, watersports, snorkelling excursions, catamaran tours and more are all within walking distance. The area has a great energy and the locals are incredibly welcoming.
The beach itself is stunning. If you're a fan of spending your day by the water, be prepared for the morning chair game because the prime spots with the best views go quickly!
A few highlights of the resort:

☀️ In-room liquor dispensers and stocked mini fridge
☀️ Two pools with plenty of loungers
☀️ One buffet and four specialty restaurants included
☀️ Casino on site
☀️ Disco for those looking for some nightlife
☀️ Large theatre with evening entertainment
☀️ Beachfront shops offering everything from souvenirs and clothing to jewelry and local aloe products
A quick note on the dining. I found the food a bit hit and miss, but for the most part, there was always something enjoyable to eat. My recommendation would be to choose the à la carte restaurants over the buffet for dinner. The good news is there are no reservations required. It's first come, first served. If you go right when they open or later in the evening, the wait is usually much shorter.
A couple of my favourites cocktails was the chocolate martini from the lobby bar and the mango margaritas enjoyed right on the beach. But also can’t forget the Irish coffee to start the day at Lounge 24. ☕️🍸🥭
If you're looking for a lively adults only all-inclusive with a beautiful beach, and a location that lets you experience everything Palm Beach has to offer, RIU Palace Antillas is worth considering.
For travellers looking for a quieter luxury escape, there are other Aruba resorts I would personally recommend first.
