Interior Design is a multi-faceted profession in which creative and technical solutions are applied within a structure to achieve a built interior environment. These solutions are functional, enhance the quality of life and culture of the occupants and are aesthetically attractive. Designs are created in response o and coordinated with the building shell and acknowledge the physical location and social context of the project. Designs must adhere to code and regulatory requirements, and encourage the principles of environmental sustainability. The interior process follows a systematic and coordinated mythological, including research, analysis and integration of knowledge into the creative process, whereby the needs and resources of the client are satisfied to produce an interior space that fulfills the project goals. Interior Design includes a scope of services performed by professional design practitioner, qualified by means of education, experience and examination, to protect and enhance the health, life safety and welfare of the public.

You guys….I just took a happy quiz and scored a 6 out of 21!…. A 6️⃣

😳Surprised yes .. shocked, not really.

Prior to taking the quiz I knew I was tired, irritable, moody, anxious, groggy (brain fog) no energy and felt “yucky.” And my results just confirmed it for me.

SO.

➡️Here’s my plan.. I did some research and I’m starting a plant based protocol to boost serotonin, lowers cortisol, reduces sugar cravings, improves sleep, decreases inflammation, and gives me back all my missing energy. So I’m more present for ME and MY FAMILY.

When I take this quiz next time I’m going to have to share my results and how this has helped me. I promise I will go into details in the next couple months.

Story time 📖

I thought becoming a Mom would be “picture perfect.” But the truth is it’s MESSY and in turn, made me feel like a HOT MESS.

I asked myself:
“Why do I feel this way” 🤪
“Why am I so irritable” 😖

“WHY AM I YELLING” 📢😭
In turn made me cry. A lot. That is no “me.”

“I can’t keep feeling this way” I told my husband a few weeks ago.

So I’m making a change. I’m starting a new journey. I want to feel like me again. I’m DONE feeling frustrated, irritable, low energy and to be 100% transparent. CRAZY.

Im committed to making this change to HAPPINESS and HEALTH. Not just for me. But for my entire family. If you feel the same and want change, come join me! 🥰
