Calling all sea glass enthusiasts! 👀

We just learned the International Sea Glass Association hosts an annual festival that includes awards for best finds.

Big Tancook Island’s shoreline is ripe with sea glass treasure, with rare blues, reds, yellows, mauves, as well as bottoms, stoppers and pirate glass, found often … if you know where to look.

🍞 The last of our weekend bread is on sale today at the shop. Choose any two items for $10.

📖 Pickup the classic South Shore Rockbound and experience the sensational tale of passion, pride and greed, based on our sister island East Ironbound.

🐤 New to the shop are Roy’s bird feeders and whirlygigs. Bring a little whimsy and fun to your yard.

🦈 In honour of the tagging expedition currently underway, ‘respect the locals’ tees are in, with a portion of sales going to the Tancook Islands Marine Field Station, to support their critical research on white sharks in Mahone Bay.
