This spring we had the pleasure of taking out groups from Villa College to learn about food production and entrepreneurship in the food industry. Thank you to our partners Allo Simonne, État de choc, La Tamalera : Haute Cuisine de Rue Mexicaine and Avanaa Chocolat that were great instructors and equal parta knowledgeable and passionate! Nous avons lancé notre nouveau tour de bière de Pointe-Saint-Charles le 27 avril! C’etait super! Merc à Patrice et Darren qui ont co-guidé, tous les partenaires et le SDC Pointe-Saint-Charles pour la promotion!!! C’était bien agréable!! On a hâte de vous recevoir!
