In a changing world, it's great to know that traditions remain : yes, it's that time!
We are finished 2026 tapping in very deep snow, we've been making the beans and BBQ sauce, cooking the bacon & sausages and ready to welcome you back, website details to be updated soon, but our upcoming restaurant hours are:
Sunday March 1st, 2026, 9:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. (soft open: restaurant open, gift shop offering taffy but still working on finishing touches, no horse rides this weekend: note: Eastern Ontario Maple Syrup first tapping ceremony at 11:30 a.m. with local dignitaries and guests)
Sunday March 8th, 2026, 9:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Saturday March 14th, 2026, 9:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Sunday March 15th, 2026, 9:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Fridays (starting March 20th), Saturday, Sunday for the rest of the season!
