I always say that Puerto Escondido would be the place in Mexico where I’d love to live. It has loads of beaches to visit and a different area of town for whatever vibe you’re looking for. Our time there earlier this year definitely reinforced the idea of living there for me! Some highlights pictured: the biggest fish taco I’ve ever had, coastal walks, ‘surfing’ at the iconic spot in Zicatela, drinks at the beach, sunsets, chilaquiles and other great food, and stumbling across a turtle hatchling making its way into the ocean! Sayulita is definitely one of my favourite places in Mexico! It’s such a cute little town full of great food and lovely sunsets. You can see how excited I was to go back to my favourite taco place in the world and they even let me (pretend to) carve the pastor! Sayulita, I will be back again soon! 🇲🇽💕
