Years from now, this is one of those rare family memories that will completely stand out.
We’ve lived in Niagara for several years, but this weekend was our very first time visiting the Butterfly Conservatory. It felt like a total fairytale—we instantly became butterfly magnets, with them hitching rides on our hair and hands for nearly the entire tour.
Parent tip: They just launched a brand-new interactive area at the end of the tour! Kids can color their own butterflies, scan them, and watch them instantly come to life on a giant digital screen (check the last clip!).
If you’re building a list of things to do in Niagara with kids or searching for the best Niagara family activities, this is an absolute must-visit. It’s easily one of our favorite hidden gems in Niagara now.
What’s a local spot you lived near for years before finally checking out?
