Years from now, this is one of those rare family memories that will completely stand out.
​We’ve lived in Niagara for several years, but this weekend was our very first time visiting the Butterfly Conservatory. It felt like a total fairytale—we instantly became butterfly magnets, with them hitching rides on our hair and hands for nearly the entire tour.

Honestly, my jaw dropped.
​We were just having a casual family Sunday at the Butterfly Conservatory, amazed that they kept landing on us and staying for so long. But when the caretaker opened up the enclosure window and told us these butterflies had literally just emerged and been born that morning... everything shifted.
​To know that our hands were their very first experience with the world is a feeling I’ll never forget.

Maybe we don't outgrow comfort. We just stop talking about it.

When these plushies first arrived, I thought my daughter would play with them for a few days and move on.

Instead, I kept noticing the same thing.

They'd show up beside her on the couch. In her room. Tucked under her arm. A few days later, I found her asleep with one.

That made me realize they had quietly become more than toys.

Therapy is expensive, so I upgraded my coffee setup instead.

Not saying the AMZCHEF espresso machine fixes everything… but the mornings do feel a little less chaotic now.

Honestly, I just wanted café-style coffee at home without spending a small fortune, and for the price, this one has been genuinely worth it for me. It’s compact, easy to use, heats up quickly, and doesn’t take over the entire kitchen counter.

The espresso comes out surprisingly good for a budget machine. The double shot is strong, but I’ve actually been loving the single shot for everyday coffee. And the steamer was a nice surprise too… really good for lattes and cappuccinos at home without needing complicated setup or barista-level skills.

Everyone on TikTok was rubbing their arms like they were sanding furniture… so obviously I got curious.
