We celebrated our first wedding anniversary with a trip to Niagara On The Lake. Our biking wine tour was so much fun. Traveling closer to home these days means exploring a bit more of this beautiful province of ours.

Around this time last year, we were in planning mode for both our wedding AND our crazy dream trip to the Galápagos for our honeymoon. It’s amazing how the world can change in such a short period of time. We are praying for an end to this pandemic, but in the meantime, just enjoying our current adventure of marriage in close quarters 😅 How are you dealing with during this forced isolation?

Our excursion to Los Tuneles was probably our favourite. Blue Bo***es, Tintoreras, Sea Horses, and Sea Turtles. The best spot!! We also had an amazing tour guide turned photographer.

Isla Isabela was amazing! We hiked an active volcano; swam with sharks, sea turtles, marine iguanas, eagle rays, and sea horses; saw baby blue footed bo***es; saw wild flamingos; and, visited a tortoise breeding center. We are really going to miss this island. On to more adventures on Santa Cruz!
