Our lovely lakefront cottage, available for weekly rental, is awaiting you. Overlooking a quiet cove on Murphy Lake, this little gem can accommodate up to 6 adults. Russell’s Roost is a fully equipped cottage, you need only bring your food, beverages of choice, and toiletries. The main living space offers open access to the kitchen, dining, and living room areas, as well as patio doors that open

onto a sundeck. Three bedrooms offer two queen beds and one double bed. The bathroom provides a small shower (no tub), toilet, sink, as well as a washer and dryer for your use. Lakeside, you will find a deck; perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening sunset. Your week’s rental includes two paddle boards. You are also welcome to bring your own kayak(s) or canoe(s), but no motorized watercrafts please. If you are an ATV enthusiast, we have easy access to many trails and fire roads and have maps available to help you plan your route. You can leave for a day of adventure and be back in time for an evening campfire. Russell’s Roost is situated halfway between the town of Kentville and the village of New Ross on Route #12. The property offers weekly bookings only (running Sunday to Sunday); visitors check in Sunday at 4pm and check out the following Sunday at 11am. Russell’s Roost is a non-smoking, but pet friendly property. Rest, renewal, and memory making are waiting here for you. Russell’s Roost Includes:
