Found this vegetable "the stem of garlic" in T&T market. Cooked in two ways; in soy sauce and in a spicy chili paste sauce. I haven't eaten this for 2 years. These dishes are very popular in Korea. I even enjoyed the raw ones dipping in bean paste sauce, eating with pork (samgyeopsal).
