Welcome to Farm Lane Cabin

Our woodsy off grid cabin is a cozy place to rest while you explore the country setting. Ideal for hikers, cyclists, bird watchers, cross-country skiers, snowmobilers and folks just looking to get out of the city.

Wild turkeys and deer often wander through the field, as bobolinks and meadowlark fly by. You may hear coyotes howling and yipping at night.

A path from the cabin connects with over 20 kilometres of multi-use, crown trails (including the Osgoode Pathway network).

This rustic cabin can accommodate up to 4 guests, there is a double bed in the loft and a couch on main floor that pulls out into a queen-size bed.

Amenities include: bedding, towels, fully-equipped kitchen, books and games, indoor fireplace, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, smoke alarm, BBQ grill, fire pit, free parking on premises. Luggage drop-off is allowed.

Located across from the road from 4600 High Road. You'll find yourself in a rural setting, with farmer fields and tree-lined fence rows. Not within sight but close at hand is the Falcon Ridge Golf Course, and the Rideau-Carleton Raceway.

Getting around
A short drive down a country lane to open parking on a grassy field beside the cabin.
Public transit is not currently available. However, a country link to the city through a new light rail transit station is scheduled to open this fall, serving the Ottawa International Airport and Ottawa downtown. It is an easy1 kilometre walk away.
