What a wonderfully wet and abundant day in Wonderland today 😍🍄✨🌿

I have been checking my Hericium coralloides (Coral Tooth Fungus) for a little while now, but nothing. Then today was the jackpot!! 😍 all harvested sustainably, lots left growing 🤲🏻🌿

It’s been full tilt over here at HQ drying and eating mushrooms for DAYS! Mush Love 🍄✨❤️

What a marvellous Saturday morning with the Town of Petawawa teaching my Introduction to Foraging course! We found lots of gems and had some delicious eats at the end 😍🍄🌿✨ there will be more photos to follow but wanted to share a photo of what we ate and some of the findings (the big photo is of my personal foraging trip yesterday but much was contributed to this taste testing 😋✨🌿🍄

Had a superb day out in our wonderful, ever-abundant natural playground ✨🥰🍄🌿🤲🏻

I was all over this gorgeous valley sunday/today, and the fungus were certainly among us 😏

What a variety for my basket!!! I found: Cantharellus cibarius, (Golden chanterelle), Hypomyces lactiflorum (Lobster Mushroom), Hydnum repandum (Hedgehog/Sweet tooth), Gyroporus cyanescens (Cornflower or bluing bolete), and a few Amanita Muscaria var. Guessowii (yellow fly agaric) for some experimental purposes (medicinal tinctures).

Thank you Creator for your magical blessings once again 🤲🏻✨🍄 my heart and belly will be full for a while ❤️
