This week I had the pleasure of hosting Anneke and her family all the way from London, UK. ✨ They were the absolute sweetest and such a joy to welcome to the TenMile House.

One of my favorite parts of hosting is meeting people from all over the world—what an amazing gift this job truly is. The very first thing I do after guests check out is open the guest book. Reading the heartfelt words they leave behind always puts the biggest smile on my face. 💛

So thankful for the wonderful people this little house brings into my life.

✨ Big milestone moment! ✨
My Airbnb just hit 290 reviews — and I’m feeling pretty excited to be inching toward that 300 mark! 🙌

When I add in the guests through Vrbo and private bookings, the total climbs to around 375 reviews. That number means the world to me.

I truly can’t thank all of my amazing guests enough for making this possible. Your kind feedback, return visits, and stories & photos shared on my business page have made this journey so rewarding.

A huge shoutout to my family and friends who’ve stepped up to help clean and prep the space when I’ve been away — your support never goes unnoticed. 💛

And I can’t forget my amazing co-host — always guiding me through the tricky times, offering advice, responding to my guests if im away and making them feel taken care of. You help keep everything on track, especially when things feel overwhelming, and I’m so lucky to have you in my corner.

Hospitality runs in my family, and it fills my heart to carry that tradition forward.

I made some sweet little stickers to seal the toilet paper rolls at our TenMile House Airbnb — just a fun, thoughtful touch to make guests feel extra welcome. So many of our kind reviews mention the attention to detail, and I truly love adding those special finishing touches that make a stay feel just a bit more cozy and personal.

The cutest little PEI moment at The TenMile House tonight ❤️

Our guests are here for the Shania Twain concert in Cavendish (how fun is that?!) and rolled in with a row of RVs, ready to make a weekend of it. The backfield is full of life, the tractors have been tucked behind the silo, and the potatoes are winning this week too 🥔✨

It’s shaping up to be a very PEI kind of weekend—and I’m here for it! 🎶🚜🌾

Full house, full hearts, and the kind of energy that reminds me why we opened our doors in the first place. Nothing better than seeing the place come alive with people making memories. ❤️🏡✨
