Amplify Electric Ltd. is hiring! We are seeking a Red Seal Journeyperson Electrician and a 2nd to 4th year Apprentice Electrician for our many ongoing projects in the Greater Moncton area. Must be detail oriented, ambitious and willing to learn in a fast paced work environment. Competitive wage based on experience, with commercial and residential experience being an asset. Full benefit and retirement packages available. Must have valid drivers license with a clean abstract.

Welcome to our new home base!

The Amplify Electric “office” has been many places over the last 9 years. It has been kitchen tables, to the dash and front seat of work trucks and vans, to makeshift home offices. Finally we have a place to call our own.

A squirrel decided to take on an NB Power transformer today and won. It blew the transformer and took a few of our motors down with it.

Normally, something like this would’ve had us shut down for a few days. But thanks to some solid people who stepped up right away, we’re already back on our feet. We’ve always believed in good karma here at Five Bridges, and today was proof of that.

Big thanks to Justin and the crew from Amplify Electric, Aaron from NB Power, and Marc-Andre — our go-to equipment wizard — for jumping in and getting us running again.

We’ll be open for regular hours and ready for Wednesday Wing Night with Marco Rocca tonight. Come grab a drink, some wings, and break up the week with friends or family — we’ve got the perfect spot for both
