Check out some great aerial views of our Avenue E lots as well as downtown Saskatoon and the river! We wanted some footage of just how close these are to the river, the river parks and trails, and how nice all the mature elm trees in the area are. You can see the house demolition in action as well.
1 lot is still for sale! We have drawings completed for a character 2 storey home that fits in nicely with all the heritage buildings in the neighbourhood. We can still consider a custom build with a different design but time is running out as we are not far from pouring the foundation for our design! Contact us if you have any questions
