Welcome to Episode 3 of our While You’re Here series — spotlighting local gems worth visiting during your stay at ƎMOH Escape. 🌿✨

Just a short drive away lies Wheeler’s Pancake House & Sugar Camp, nestled in a 1000-acre forest in McDonald’s Corners. It’s a cozy, family-run spot open Thursday through Sunday (days and times may vary depending on the time of year), where you can enjoy scratch-made pancakes and homemade maple sausages served with their own maple syrup in a warm lodge-style dining room.

Take in the views through huge windows, feel the forest ambiance, and even catch the maple syrup production in action (depending on the season).

After breakfast, stroll the grounds, explore the museums, or wander the sugar bush trails — it’s more than just pancakes, it’s an experience.
