The lineup and dates for this summer’s Climbing Performance Clinic Series are up!

Our clinics cover a wide range of topics, from mindset to movement to technical skills and many nuggets of climbing wisdom and stories in between.

Each clinic is thoughtfully designed and expertly delivered in a low ratio & inclusive learning environment with ample time for coached practice, refinement and questions.

Sarah Arbutus Steele and Dirtbabes Collective and I are excited to offer a blended-focus workshop, encompassing the technical elements of lead-climbing on (trad) gear and the mental/emotional/physical regulation strategies of the nervous system to keep us calm in the vertical world!

This workshop breaks down the extensive technical knowledge of trad climbing into digestible chunks, followed by experiential exercises to assist in the integration process. Throughout the process, information, tools and practices supporting the regulation of the nervous system will be offered. This will assist anyone who experiences fear or nervousness in their mind or body while they climb!
