I have always wanted to do a cooking class in Tuscany and that dream came true this week! We made homemade pasta, three kinds if bruschetta, roasted potatoes, pork loin and tiramisu! So much fun!

I love Collette Tours because they offer many styles of travel...for example, Spotlight tours are a hub and spoke model where you stay at one hotel and do day tours out from that hotel (unpack just once...my personal favourite!) The Switzerland and Austria tour that I'm currently on features 4 nights in the city of Bern and 4 night in Innsbruck, and day trips out to various highlights. Travelling with a group is fun and surprisingly, there's lots of free time to do your own thing. I enjoy having a tour guide who is very knowledgeable and helpful - a great resource for restaurants and things to do in each location.
