The Perfect Unplugged Family Holiday

Little Bird Cottage is located just minutes off the Confederation Bridge, so you can start your holiday as soon as you arrive on our shores. You will find that our cottage is the ideal place to stay away from it all, but still within reach of the best our Island has to offer.

We call this little gem ‘Little Bird Cottage’ due to the abundance of native birds who visit and sing to you throughout the day. Situated on a cozy lot, we have plenty of greenspace for play, while the fringe of trees lining the property offers shade for the hottest days, and privacy for the moments when you want to feel like you're tucked away from the rest of the world. As well, soak in amazing sunsets at the back of the property which includes distant water views.

While super-cozy inside, our wrap-around deck is a big hit with our guests. There are three points of access to the deck and adirondack chairs which we expect will become your new favourite spot. You can soak up the sunshine at any time of the day, or take it easy as the sun sets while enjoying that evening glass of wine.

We call Little Bird Cottage ‘the perfect unplugged family holiday’ for our guests. While we have the comforts of home, we do not have wifi, satellite or Netflix, but we are steps away from a gorgeous walk on the beach, reconnecting chats on the deck, read a good book, play games or the perfect spot to sit under the stars. It’s a chance to savour the little moments that can get swept away in the hustle of daily life. If you’re craving a refuge from technology and a place to make new family memories without interruption, then this is the place to be.
