Yesterday was our last game drive and final day in the Maasai Mara, and it was filled with unforgettable moments and so much beauty. 🐘🦒

We were treated to many elephant herds, Cape buffalo, hippos, warthogs, hyenas, and impalas throughout the morning. But the real highlight was spotting a beautiful tower of giraffes, including a baby giraffe, along with a jackal, and the fascinating Marabou stork. Every turn seemed to bring another amazing wildlife encounter!

We then carried on to the Mara Triangle where we enjoyed a delicious boxed lunch prepared by the wonderful team at Mara Ngenche Safari Camp. Not far from there is the border of Kenya and Tanzania; where the Maasai Mara meets the vast Serengeti ecosystem. Of course, we all had fun taking photos at the famous border marker between the two countries. 📸

And the excitement didn’t stop there…the afternoon had a few surprises of its own.
