Kicking off the week proposing a romantic tropical honeymoon for a happy couple, and I am so excited to include this special property!

Coral Sands Hotel has been getting it right for decades. This is one of the original hotels on Harbour Island, family-owned and built directly into the dune, so nearly every room faces the water.

When I plan stays here, I like to lean into what makes this island different. A private boat out to the sandbars near Spanish Wells. Snorkelling off nearby reefs with almost no one else around. Lunch stops at tiny harbourside spots. Dinner in town after a golf cart ride down Bay Street.

It works just as well for couples as it does for families, especially for travellers who want the Bahamas without cruise ships or crowds.
