Oh, what a week it was....

I was especially impressed with how well suited this resort is for families. With multiple pools, a lively kids club, and daily entertainment, children are truly the heart of the experience here.

From bungee jumping, water zone races, soccer games, movie days, cookie eating contests, a mechanical bull, and so much more, there was never a dull moment in this category!!! There is SO much for the kids to do!!

When it comes to dining, there was a good selection of restaurants and cuisines to choose from, which offered something for everyone. While not every meal was memorable in my opinion, the variety and convenience made it easy to find something enjoyable each day. Our favorite was definitely the Teppanyaki experience ( I HIGHLY recommend this) and the delicious snack bar by the pool each day that had wait service or self-serve options. That included fresh made pizzas, hot dogs, burgers, chicken nuggets, nachos, etc, and always hit the spot!

The grounds are stunning and so well kept. The staff works so hard every single day from sunrise to sundown to ensure that everything is in pristine condition. There is not much a beachfront here, tho, so if this is important to you, I would recommend somewhere else. While we were only a few steps away from the ocean at all time, looking at its immense beauty was the extent of our beach trips this week! The waters are murky, and with the sargassum problem across the Caribbean right now, we unfortunately didn't get to cool off in it.

The waterpark and splash pad (lifeguard monitored) made up for it, and were such a big hit with all the kids!! I recommend bringing water tubes to get maximum speed!!! Lol

Overall, this was a great little budget friendly property, and I would definitely recommend it for a family looking for a week of fun and relaxation!!!

Today was all about fun, food & fabulous finds.

The kids had a blast at the kids' club with SO many activities! Yoga, crafts, waterpark fun, sand castles, dount eating contests, and so much more!!!

We soaked up every minute of poolside fun, hoping in and out of the resort 9 pools! From relaxing in the quiet pools to the jam-packed main pools, there is a perfect spot for every vibe!

I also got to take a deep dive behind the scenes with a full site inspection, and let me tell you, this one hits all the boxes! Stunning suites, pristine pools, and a vibe that's is equal parts luxe and laid back.

The no reservation dining policy is always my favorite (no waiting with kids in tow?) Yes please!! We enjoyed the Itailian cusine with rich pasta, delicate fish, and decadent deserts, this one hit the spot for all of us!

Day 1.....

What an imptessive start...

This room is absolutely perfect for us!

It is incredibly stunning and fits 5 people perfectly!

The grounds are breathtaking, the food is divine, activities are amazing, and the service has been absolutely incredible!

Kids movies under the stars after a delicious dinner at Miyako, followed by a refreshing ice cream bar and a walk under the stars.

Just perfect.

Up first tomorrow morning.... a full site inspection!!
