Quick recap from TBEX Fargo!

My TBEX Fargo experience was packed with new places, inspiring presentations, great food, and amazing people!

The first Pre-BEX tour took us to the newly renovated Moorhead Public Library at The Loop, a modern community space with a unique indoor walking track.

We also visited the Hjemkomst Museum, where we saw the Hjemkomst Viking ship and the beautiful Hopperstad Stave Church replica.

Pre-BEX Tour 2 took us behind the scenes at the Microsoft Fargo building, where we got a glimpse into the work happening at one of the world’s leading technology companies. Microsoft Fargo

Then, we headed to Grand Farm to learn about agricultural technology and see how innovations like autonomous tractors and drones are helping shape the future of farming. Grand Farm

The day wrapped up with the opening party at Brewhalla, which was a fun way to connect with fellow travel creators. Brewhalla

Then it was Day 1 of the conference, which started with 2 presentations a day, and they were great! We enjoyed a catered lunch at Serenity Event Space before jumping into speed networking with the sponsors.

The next day brought more insightful presentations, lunch at Mezzaluna Mezzaluna ,more speednetworking and a unique Fargo experience: watching the movie Fargo inside the iconic Fargo Theatre in downtown Fargo! Fargo Theatre

We finished the conference with the closing party at Wild Terra. Wild Terra Bar✌🏼❤️‍🔥

I was recently in Fargo, North Dakota, and I wanted to share some awesome experiences with you guys.

Visit Fargo-Moorhead


The Fargo-Moorhead area is made up of two neighbouring cities: Fargo, North Dakota, and Moorhead, Minnesota.

The cities are located right next to each other, separated by the Red River, and share many amenities, businesses, and attractions.

Fargo is the larger of the two and offers downtown restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and museums, while Moorhead has attractions such as the Hjemkomst Center (more on this later), which showcases their Scandinavian heritage.

Since the cities are so close, you can easily explore both during the same trip.

I found one of the most fun and colorful places to visit in Chicago!


Color Factory • Exhibit

Color Factory is an immersive experience filled with colorful rooms, interactive installations, and lots of little surprises along the way.

It is located in the Willis Tower so it is easy to find and get to.

I especially enjoyed the scavenger hunt, which made exploring even more fun, and the melon ice cream was such a delicious surprise!

I loved how each room had something completely different to discover, and of course, there were SO many fun photo opportunities.

If you’re visiting Chicago and want to take a break from the usual sightseeing, I’d definitely add this one to your itinerary!
