The Toronto Finnish Language School is the oldest Finnish language school outside of Finland, promoting and teaching Finnish language skills, culture and heritage. We also offer a friendly and active community for the local Finnish-Canadian families. Classes for 4-18-year-old children are offered every other Friday between 6 pm and 8 pm at the Agricola Church (25 Old York Mills Road). We also offe
r virtual classes. Saturday Clubs are organized monthly from 10 am - 1 pm and packed with fun activities. We enjoy hobbies like sewing, painting, arts & crafts, theatre club, playing kantele, singing, and playing. A "muskari" playgroup is a new activity for babies, toddlers and their parents. We also organize excursions and special events to celebrate Finnish traditions and to learn and spend time together. We have a well-stocked school library and a school shop selling Finnish delicacies. They are open during school hours.
