Heather Salloum, Regina, SK, Canada – Mallorca – May 2026

I worked with Carol years ago for a magical two weeks in Tuscany and 10 days in Santorini. She was an exceptional travel advisor. When my imagination was captured by the TV series “Mallorca Files”, I sought her help. Mallorca was calling me! Again, Carol was exceptional in her service and advice.

I spent 19 days in the southern part of Mallorca, at a fabulous resort called Golden Playa: at reception: Bea, Cati, Sandra, and Sammit; and in the dining room: Manolo and Pepi. I was travelling solo, and it was important that as many details be in place before I arrived. The hotel was ideal, with uncommonly attentive reception and dining room staff: . They “took care of me” and showed a special interest in my well being and entertainments. I took 4 excursions, all of which were outstanding: full-day tour by bus, boat, and Soller Train; Tapas and Drinks on a Catamaran; W**e Tasting in Palma; and a Paella cooking class in Banyalbufar.I had a marvelous, life-marking vacation at a magical and beautiful location. It was because of Carol’s attention to detail and her knowledge that my trip was so successful. She is a remarkable assist for all travel, and I will recommend her again and again to all who seek a seamless, joyful experience abroad.

JUST a Little photo and Note from our clients from North Carolina- who are on an 11day small group tour in Ireland right now....

"Carol, this tour has been amazing and has exceeded our expectations. Here’s a great picture today of Doolough Valley. U can tell we are enjoying ourselves! The Hotels have been outstanding and of course it would not be Ireland if it was not raining. However, we have escaped it most of the time we've been outside. "

Received from our good clients in Southern California - the Flemings who travelled to Finland, Paris and London in May this year....

Thank You Carol!!
This is a review and sincere thank you!
We are celebrating our 40th Anniversary this year and we wanted to take a trip to remember. We have a grandchild in Northern Europe, traveling to Helsinki, Tampere, and Kangasala. This would be an unusual journey, because next we were off to Paris and London. Carol carefully planned every detail of our trip. She knew answers to questions I didn’t know to ask. Our flights, hotel accommodations, tours and entertainment was a seamless experience! Because we visited three countries, we needed to be prepared for all the small and large details and Carol had solved the problems before they arose.
Thank You Carol - We are so happy you helped us — We Could NOT have done it without you!!
So Grateful, Valarie and Ron Fleming
