Here’s a little more about Chandos Sunshine Shores:

A beautiful ranch style bungalow/cottage with a fully finished and furnished walkout basement on 2/3 acre. Experience incredible morning highlights as the sun rises and amazing beautiful views as the sun sets.
Eat in kitchen - large table with 6 chairs, extra folding chairs for extra people
Large deck with 2 tables and umbrellas-easily seats 10-12 people
Microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle etc.
Refrigerators both levels
Easily sleeps 12
3-Bedrooms upstairs-queen size beds
1-bedroom downstairs with 3 bunk beds-queen size
1-4 piece bathroom upstairs
1-3 piece bathroom downstairs
TV ‘s in living room, master bedroom and large, wide screen TV lower level
Pool Table-full size
Airtight fireplace lower level
Laundry room with washer/dryer
Large Propane BBQ
Large outdoor fire pit close to lake
canoe.
Horseshoe pit.
Landlock lake, super clean, clear water ideal for swimming and fishing.
Dock available -must provide your own boat
Lovely, gentle slope beach area-great for small children and seniors
Back-up generator-if a hydro power outage happens, there are still connections to many lights, refrigerators, toilets still operate, TV’s (2 upstairs, large wide screen TV downstairs).
No pets allowed.
Renters to bring own sheets/pillows. Blankets are provided.
Renters are responsible for leaving cottage in mint condition or arrange to pay for a cleaner to come in.
