Rowana-Kay, Natalie, Gabrielle and I left THE St. Hilda's Diocesan High School almost 17 years ago but since we all live in different countries, every December we plan an outing and link up.

Our bond speaks to the true power of friendship and sisterhood. I'm so proud of all of us-we have done well for ourselves. To friendship! 🥂

I came on Greetings Across the World this year and I was super excited! This television programme is a staple in Jamaican homes and I've been watching it "from mi yiy deh a mi knee".

I've always looked to see if I know anyone who sent greetings and just enjoy the comedic element of it as well. Now I get to send greetings. It has been a great experience!

I've been having the best time visiting home 🇯🇲🇯🇲! Spend the day with me in Jamaica. Most of the day was unplanned but that's what made it even more fun!

Since we don't have running water, harvesting rainwater is how we get water for our daily use in Bamboo, St. Ann, like many other places in Jamaica.

Most people have gutters running from their roofs to tanks and plastic barrels to catch water whenever it rains. My aunt usually adds chlorine to the water to make it safer to use. This is life in the country. Smple and beautiful ❤️

My husband took me on a surprise date the night before my birthday to in Mississauga, where we made our own perfume- We chose base notes, middle notes and top notes and then measured them based on recommendations from the facilitator. We are in love with our scents! 10/10 experience 💓
