Tonight I started working on my life story book.

As I read the thoughts I have written back to myself, I am astounded by the words being produced, and the memories resurfacing.

I have spent 4 decades healing and have more work to do for sure.

But being able to put down in words what used to be hijacking my heart? That is a giant step forward.

I hope that this trilogy will help others understand that we are all worthy of peace and happiness.

We are not defined by the limiting beliefs placed in our subconscious by others.

We are defined by our ability to forgive; but we must start with ourselves.

Grateful for the strength I have to write down all the things that made me.....me.
