Last night we saw Back to the Future 🏎️ show on the Royal Caribbean Star of the Seas. What an amazing⭐ show!! No taping or pictures allowed so you'll have to get on the ship to see for yourselves.

I finally got my pictures from my Silfra Fissure in Iceland Snorkel!

🌊 I Snorkelled Between Two Continents with Liz Everitt! 🌍

The water is so clear it’s like swimming in glass. It’s freezing — about 3°C — but you’re in a dry suit so you can just drift along and enjoy those crazy blue and gold colours.

Hands down one of the coolest things I’ve ever done. 10/10 would recommend if you ever make it to Iceland.

And the coolest part? I was floating between the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates — literally in two places at once!

This wasn’t just an adventure — it was an otherworldly experience I’ll never forget. 🥶✨

Just got off the Oceania Marina yesterday — here’s a look around the ship!

I stayed in a Penthouse Suite, which was spacious and super comfortable. Loved having the extra room and private veranda. The ship has a classic, upscale feel without being too formal.

Specialty dining was definitely the standout — every meal there was a highlight.

Bonjour Montréal! 🇨🇦🧡
Yesterday was all about discovering the charm of Old Montreal. We wandered the cobblestone streets, soaked in the history, and tasted some local treats along the way (yes, there may have been maple involved 🍁😉).

The highlight? A delightful breakfast with Rick Ayoup to start the day — great food and even better conversation.

From heritage sights to foodie bites, this city never disappoints!

Just spent an amazing day exploring Quebec City! 🇨🇦

The cobblestone streets and European charm never get old. Had lunch at the historic Aux Anciens Canadiens - dining in a house from 1675 while enjoying authentic poutine was incredible! 🍟

Crispy fries, squeaky cheese curds, and rich gravy... now I understand the hype!

There's something magical about wandering through Old Quebec that makes you feel like you've stepped back in time.

Then back to the ship to just squeeze under the Quebec City Bridge

Spent the day exploring Saguenay, Quebec and it was such a vibe 🐐🧶

We started at a cute goat & wool farm—got to hang out with the goats and see how their wool gets turned into yarn and cozy handmade stuff.

Then we hit up a few local museums. Lots of local history and art, and such a chill way to spend the afternoon.

Saguenay totally surprised us—slow pace, beautiful town and just the right amount of quirky 💛

Yesterday was a perfect day exploring St. Anthony, NFLD! 🌊
Made our way up to the lighthouse and soaked in those incredible coastal views - there's nothing quite like standing at the edge of Newfoundland looking out over the Atlantic. Followed it up with a delicious fish and chips lunch at the Lighthouse 🛟

Sometimes the best adventures are right in your own country 🇨🇦

Visited Nuuk, Greenland today! Pretty quiet place but the scenery is absolutely stunning. Sometimes the most beautiful spots are the peaceful ones
