Beignets all day!

If you’ve never heard of a beignet … try one and thank me later!

Beignet is a type of fritter, or deep-fried pastry, possibly made from pâte à choux and called pets-de-nonne, which means "nun's fart" in French, but may also be made from other types of dough, including yeast dough.[5] In France there are at least 20 different versions. They can vary in shape, the flour used for the dough, and the filling. They are popular in French, Italian, and French-American cuisines.

It’s simple - deep fried goodness covered in icing sugar. And of course when in Disney … it has to be Mickey shaped!

New character greetings are making their way to Walt Disney World Resort:

🌳 Disney's Animal Kingdom will welcome Moana on April 22 along the Discovery River
🏰 This fall, Mirabel from Walt Disney Animation Studios’ hit film “Encanto” will greet guests in the Fairytale Garden at Magic Kingdom, which will be transformed with whimsical décor inspired by La Familia Madrigal
🌐 Figment will meet guests at Imagination! pavilion later this year and Mickey & Friends will have a new home for greeting guests when CommuniCore Hall opens at EPCOT!
