It's the moment you've all been waiting for! The Canadian Tulip Festival is finally here, and we couldn't be more thrilled! 🌷😍

From May 9-19, over 1 million tulips will be in full bloom across Ottawa, making it the picture-perfect time to explore the city and soak up the stunning sights! 🌷 🌷 🌷

It’s also the perfect way to celebrate Mother’s Day!

Follow these tips to have the most enjoyable experience:

👀 The Canadian Tulip Festival is completely free, and no reservations are required!

☀️ The lush gardens are open 24/7, so you can experience them any time of the day or night!

🌷 The tulips are planted in three phases - early, mid and late – to provide bright blooms during the 10-day festival!

📍 The main festival site is Commissioners Park at Dow’s Lake, but you can enjoy many tulips gardens across the city, all located on the festival map.

🚲 We highly recommend using public transportation, the tulip trolley shuttle, taxis, ride shares or a bike to explore! It’s also the perfect time for a spring stroll.

🐶Yes, dogs are welcome on a leash!
