for whatever reason, somethings in history randomly get preserved. Most concepts that came off the benches in the R&D department in Sweden ended up getting crushed or, put into production. This motor was kept in moth balls and somehow avoided that certain death. Really neat to see it preserved by MX World Collection ( check out their page, incredible collection of motorcycle racing history ).

I was told this engine had variable valve timing, and you can see the reverse rear slanted cylinder which had EFI...in 1998!

We never like to see this in the bench. As a consumer, it’s often perceived to be selling service for the sake of simply spending money for no real reason. So, next time you think you can go another 50 hours on an oil change, consider the wear on this shock body.

With the snowbike season wrapping up, its time to think about our summer and ripping up the dirt trails.

For 2018, we’re please to help out 4 young riders and their families.

Jake Mikkelsen, Carsen Poland, Tanner Turner and Riley Larson will be using Riders Edge Suspension through CGRT Suspension. We’re looking forward to helping them develop riding skills and maximize their fun on their dirt bikes.

We built up a set of custom forks for Corrie at Brewster West Motorsports, which allows full travel of the fork and reduce harsh bottoming. He did a bang up job making adapter plates!

1500 entry spots are available for the world's most renowned Xtreme Enduro event, and the run on one of those starting spots for the 22nd edition of Erzbergrodeo is unbroken. As soon as the online rider registration kicks off on Friday, October 29th 2015 at erzbergrodeo.at, the Erzbergrodeo's office crew is on a high alert. "The feedback we've received from Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and from our web portal erzbergrodeo.at proofs the unrestrained interest for the Erzbergrodeo. We therefore expect that the 1500 entry spots will be gone within a couple of hours like in the past few years.", says Erzbergrodeo's mastermind Karl Katoch.

In 2015, competitors from 40 nations and all continents took up the fight against the infamous Erzberg. 40000 enthusiastic actionsports fans were able to witness high-class motorcycle offroadsports of the highest level on all 4 days of the event. Some more tens of thousands fans followed the extremely exciting Red Bull Hare Scramble 2015 until it's very emotional finish live on ServusTV and online at Red Bull TV.

From May 26th to 29th 2016 the charming little town of Eisenerz will once again turn into the epicentre of the international dirtbike community. Preparations for the 22nd edition are well along their way since several months to ensure a maximum level of action and entertainment for both competitors and spectators. "As we have already announced, we will put a lot of concentration on the 2016 Red Bull Hare Scramble track design. The Erzbergrodeo's highlight will remain a true challenge for all riders, but we will take care about an increased rideability of the respective track sections.", Karl Katoch reveals.

By presenting a newly designed Red Bull Hare Scramble finish area, visitors of the Erzbergrodeo 2016 will be as well presented with an updated layout of the Erzbergrodeo-Arena. "The new layout of the Arena will offer an even more intense experience of the action for all spectators, and it will give us the possibility to implement new exciting side events.", says Mark Schilling, the Erzbergrodeo's head of organisation.
