A Certified Travel Counsellor (CTC) has worked a minimum of 1,000 hours as a travel counsellor. He or she has the experience to give you the best travel advice as it pertains to your particular needs. Knowledge



Certified Travel Consultants have completed an in-depth exam that tests their standards in regards to professionalism, administration, sales, service and travel products. The exam was created with the CANADIAN TOURISM HUMAN RESOURCE COUNCIL and endorses emerit certification which is a professional credential recognized by tourism employers across Canada.



Ontario based CTCs are also TICO (Travel Industry Council of Ontario) certified and, therefore, meets TICO’s educational standards and conducts their business in compliance with the Travel Industry Act of Ontario.



Continuous Education



CTCs have access to hundreds of hours of additional training through the Canadian Institute of Travel Counsellors. The additional training ensures that they are continuously updating their skills and knowledge base. Courses include: tour design and development, tourism specialist programs, tourist board trainings and travel product trainings.

The newest Resort hotel at the Walt Disney World® Resort, Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, is available for bookings beginning on March 23.

This value property consists primarily of family suites that immerse you into the magical worlds of classic Disney and Disney•Pixar films.

The wings dedicated to popular films “Cars,” “The Lion King,” and “The Little Mermaid” will now be opening sooner than initially planned. Here’s the official schedule:
