🇬🇧Geko and good food: what's the connection? ☺️
We place great importance on meals, this sacred moment of sharing and enjoyment : it's the art of bringing people together. Surrounded by nature and in total connection with its greatness, sharing good food with our friends is one of the key values for a truly memorable trip.
On most of our trips, and on a voluntary basis, we take turns offering the crews (the INVITATORS) the opportunity to cook a meal of their choice for the entire group (the GUESTS). Each crew then invites all the other participants (reciprocity) to a meal they've prepared (unpretentious, simple, and based on available resources). And so it goes in rotation. Solidarity and conviviality quickly develop, and the hosts receive help with their task if they wish. 💚🥗🍳

Nous accordons une importance capitale au repas, ce moment sacré d'échange et de plaisir: c'est l'art de rassembler. En pleine nature et en connexion totale avec sa grandeur, partager de bons plats avec nos amis est l'une des valeurs importantes pour que le voyage soit mémorable.
Sur la plupart de nos voyages, et sur une base volontaire, nous proposons en alternance aux équipages ( les INVITANTS ) de cuisiner un repas de leur choix pour l’ensemble du groupe ( les INVITÉS ). Chaque équipage invite ainsi l'ensemble des autres participants ( réciprocité ) à un repas cuisiné par eux ( sans prétention, simple et selon les ressources à disposition ). Et ainsi à tour de rôle. La solidarité et la convivialité se mettent rapidement en place et les invitants reçoivent de l'aide dans leur tâche s'ils le souhaitent. 💚🧀🥩
