We have been visited Zermatt, Chamonix and Mont Blank, Torino, Portofino, Pisa, San Gimignano, Civita Bagnoregio, Orvieto, Montepulciano, Loreto, Venezia, St Moritz and many others places. We had an impossible schedule we wanted to try to achieve and we had an amazing opportunity to customize the exact tour we wanted with Jan. He made our dreams come true and added extra details that made our day UNFORGETTABLE!!! He was able to get us into all the places we wanted to see without standing in long lines or following someone else’s itinerary. Our itinerary including Neuschwanstein Castle. It was an incredible opportunity. Jan went above and beyond to make our dream a reality, even with limited time. He truly went from a tour guide to a friend. Thank you Jan, today was a day we will never forget!!!

Jan is the perfect Guide! Every detail was in place. Jan picked us up at our hotel in his spacious Mercedes V class Van, comfortable leather seats and panoramic roof to view the surrounding Swiss Alps. Jan accompanied us and made our transfers flawless on the cogwheel train up, then back down on the cable car; both beautiful experiences. The weather on Mount Pilates was so favorable we did some walking above the platform including the Old Swiss army lookout and the peak where you can see in all directions. We captured photos and enjoyed a satisfying casual lunch outside the platform restaurant before going back down. We also very much enjoyed his guided walking tour of Luzern before returning to our hotel All day, we had a wonderful time talking with and learning from Jan. He is a very professional and thoughtful person with a great sense of humor! Highly Recommended!
