July took me and my guests everywhere. The Glacier Express route, up to Titlis, over to Pilatus, through Zürich, Chur, Lucerne, and Arosa, up to Wengen and Lauterbrunnen, cruising across Lake Brienz and Lake Thun along the way. Every stop had its own kind of beautiful, and somehow no two days looked the same.

This is just a small snippet of what a month on Swiss rails looks like.

What makes you happy? For me, it's standing with my guests on top of a glacier at 3,041 meters, walking over a cliff edge suspension bridge, and soaring on a chairlift with views like this in every direction. Titlis makes me and all my travelers very, very happy.

Come tour Mount Pilatus with me. We'll start with a first class cruise across Lake Lucerne, then climb the world's steepest cogwheel train to the summit. From up there, you can see the Swiss Alps, France, and Germany all at once. The way down is just as good, gliding by aerial cable car and gondola before we tour the highlights of beautiful Lucerne together.

I just found out Hello Switzerland Tours won Best Travel Company for Family Holidays, and my inner child couldn’t be more proud.

The thing about planning family tours is you have to know which activities are fun for both kids and parents, not just what looks good on a brochure. Like the Arosa Bärenland bear sanctuary, where rescued bears roam free in the Alps. The Rodelbahn Fräkigaudi mountain coaster on Mount Pilatus is exactly as fun as it sounds. The Brienz Rothorn Bahn steam train? Everyone loves it.

And the best part of my job? I get to join in.

I’m still a kid at heart, so building tours around genuine wonder is second nature. I want everyone to experience real adventure so they go home with stories worth telling.

This award reminds me my approach is working, and I couldn’t be more excited to keep building family trips that are fun for the whole family, and me too. Thanks Business Awards UK for the honor!
