Hands-Only CPR/AED Instructor.
(Tuesday August 11th,2026).
I was truly honored to personally participate in the Hands-Only CPR Instructor Training and gain valuable knowledge and practical skills that I look forward to sharing with others. This experience reinforced for me just how important it is for everyday people to feel prepared and confident when an emergency happens.
Through this initiative, I am excited to help bring CPR awareness and training to our communities through as part of our ongoing community development and outreach efforts. By expanding access to CPR education, we can help ensure that more individuals are equipped to recognize an emergency, take action, and potentially make a life-saving difference before professional help arrives.
Cardiac emergencies can happen anywhere, at any time, and every second matters. Having trained individuals within our communities can make a tremendous difference. CPR is more than a skill—it is the confidence to step forward when someone needs help the most.
I am grateful to the American Red Cross for creating opportunities like this and for investing in communities by providing people with the knowledge and tools they need to respond during critical moments.
Together, we can continue building stronger, safer, and more prepared communities by empowering more people with life-saving skills. Let’s encourage one another to learn CPR, share that knowledge, and be ready to act when it matters most.
Thank you again to the American Red Cross for your dedication, and commitment to saving lives. I am proud to be part of this important effort and look forward to helping carry this mission forward through our communities.
Training today. Empowering communities tomorrow. Saving lives when every second matters. ❤️
