Cultural differences can really open your eyes to how weddings are celebrated, and sometimes make you question whether you’re planning the wedding for yourself or to please others.

If you’re going to spend such a huge amount of money, you might as well create a wedding celebration that you’ll genuinely enjoy and have fun remembering ✨

We wrapped our wedding last year, and now we’re starting a little series on the hits & misses—
👉🏼the things we’d 100% do again
👉🏼and the things we’d rethink if we had a redo

It’s been so interesting hearing how weddings are done on the other side of the world… it really makes you pause and ask—why do we do certain things?

Is it because it truly means something to us, or just because it’s what’s always been done?

This series is basically us unlearning, reflecting, and re-prioritising what actually matters 🤍
