Esperamos hayan disfrutado de una bonita Navidad y Año Nuevo!

Como ya es nuestra costumbre, nos gusta mejorar nuestras instalaciones.

Ahora además de cambios estéticos como nuevas sábanas y nuevo set de cojines para nuestros sofá de exterior (ahora ubicados en el balcón principal), también compramos cocinas nuevas de inducción y su respectivo set de ollas.

Todavía tenemos fechas disponibles para el mes de Enero, algunas sólo para 5 personas en un apartamento, otras para 10 personas en los dos apartamentos.

Siempre ofrecemos la PROMOCIÓN SUWÕ en la cual al pagar 3 noches la 4ta es cortesía de la casa.

We are used to improve our premises.

Besides brand new bedsheets and new cushions for the patio outdoor sectionals (now in the main balcony), we also bought brand new double induction cooktops with their cookware set.

We still have availability for January, some dates for 5 guests, others for up to 10 guests.

We still offer the SUWÕ PROMO in which one you pay 3 nights and get the 4th one on the house.

En Suwõ Apartments lamentamos las condiciones climáticas que está presentando el país y afectando a muchos de sus ciudadanos.

Afortunamente, para aquellos que aún desean salir y disfrutar de mejores condiciones, en el Caribe Sur estamos de verano. (Video de hoy antes de las 9am).

Sí ha llovido en días anteriores, pero ya tenemos dos días sin lluvias y con un sol de envidiar. Siempre es bueno revisar las rutas antes de algún viaje, ya que a la fecha, la Ruta 32 se encuentra cerrada de 6pm a 6am por unos días más y hasta nuevo aviso.

Todavía tenemos disponibilidad éste fin de semana y el siguiente de Noviembre y algunos de Diciembre en adelante.

In Suwõ Apartments upsets us the weather conditions the country is going through and affecting it's citizens and residents.

Fortunately, for those who want to enjoy a better weather, the South Caribbean is experiencing summer days. (Video from today before 9am).

It rained past days, but now has been 2 days of fully sunshine. Always check the routes before any trip, up today, the Ruta 32 is closed from 6pm to 6am for a few more days and until a new update.

We have availability this weekend and the following one, also we have days available in December.

Les queremos compartir que en Suwõ Apartments siempre estamos mejorando, venga y disfrute de la piscina recién enchapada, asimismo, la parrilla (prontamente nuevas fotos).

También hemos cambiado la cocina eléctrica de dos discos por una de mejor calidad y estamos ofreciendo paños Tommy Hilfiger para el uso dentro de la propiedad.

Todavía tenemos fines de semana disponibles en Diciembre y apartir de Enero durante todo el 2024 (a excepción de feriados o fechas especiales), vamos a volver ofrecer la Promoción Suwõ en la cual al pagar 3 noches o más una es cortesía de la casa.

1 hour rain after a dry May and beginning of June! Like ticos will say -"Huele a tierra mojada" you can translate it to smells like rain!

Suwõ Apartments news

Do you know Puerto Viejo sometimes runs out of water? People has been without this precious liquid since yesterday. In Suwõ Apartments we haven't had an issue with water cause we have 3 different ways to get water from:
1. AyA (entity in charge of the water system in Costa Rica),
2. Well and
3. Tank (now we only have one, but we already bought two more to be installed-2500L each-).

Now you have another reason to stay with us, remember LOW SEASON RATES FOR MAY AND JUNE $115 2guests per night, minimum 2 nights. Kids don't pay, extra guests $15 each per night.

High season price $150 2guests per night.
