We are still running on systems built for a world of horses...

But we live in a world of cars.

AI is not the enemy, outdated assignments are.

When students use AI to write essays or answer multiple-choice questions, it’s easy to say they’re cheating.

But the real issue?

The assessment itself is broken.

Here’s a better idea:

1️⃣ Ask students to generate an AI essay on a topic with intentional mistakes according to their level.
2️⃣ Then challenge them to find at least five errors or flawed arguments in the AI’s work.
3️⃣ Have them explain why those points are wrong and suggest improvements.

This flips the old model on its head.

It’s not about memorizing facts anymore, it’s about critical thinking, analysis, and creative problem-solving.

If we keep trying to catch students “cheating” with AI, we miss a powerful opportunity to teach relevant 21st-century skills.

How do you think schools could change their assignments to better use AI as a learning tool?

Let’s connect if you’re committed to find future-ready ways to transform education.

I’ve started 31 business projects.

29 of them never took off. They “failed”.

But I don’t see failure as losing, I see it as a step forward.

Because every failure is a lesson.

Every mistake trains the muscle you need to turn knowledge into action.

Most students freeze in fear of messing up, waiting for schools or teachers to ‘give them permission’ to try.

That trap keeps you stuck consuming knowledge but never creating.

Students… Here’s the truth: You don’t need permission.

If you like design, don’t wait, talk to your parents and redesign a room in your house.

Treat your parents like clients.
Do the research.
Make something real.

This is how you build confidence.
This is how you learn faster than any classroom test.

Success isn’t about never failing, it’s about failing as much as you need until you succeed.

Let’s connect if you’re committed to find future-ready ways to transform education.

Let’s face it: The way we educate our kids hasn’t caught up with the world they live in.

For decades, schools have prized memorizing facts, an idea of education built for a time when information was scarce and hard to access.

But today, every student has a supercomputer in their pocket, capable of retrieving any fact instantly.

So what’s missing?

The skill to turn knowledge into action.

Our education system teaches students what to know, but rarely how to apply that knowledge to real-world challenges.

This leaves students with heaps of facts, but little practice turning those facts into solutions, projects, or value for their communities.

The future demands something different.

We must build the muscle of problem-solving, creativity, and tangible impact.

Because the world doesn’t just want thinkers. It needs action-takers.

It’s time for a mindset shift: Focus less on memorizing facts, and more on solving problems that matter.

What’s one practical way you think schools could help students transform knowledge into action?

Drop your thoughts below, let’s rethink education together.

Taking a group of students to , is always an intense and rewarding experience.

It's impressive to see how they perform in such a demanding environment.

They put into practice negotiation, argumentation, and diplomacy skills, all in English 🤩.

And they do it with a dedication and level of preparation that truly fills you with pride as an educator.

But beyond the academic side, what I take away from these trips is the personal growth they experience.

demands autonomy, responsibility, and maturity from them. And seeing that transformation in them is, for me, the most valuable part of my job.

These programs are much more than a simulation.

They are a bridge between the classroom and the real world, an opportunity for these young people to become global citizens, capable of dialogue and building solutions 🌍.

That's why every experience with my students in these international settings renews me and reminds me why I chose education. Their growth is the best reward 🙌🏽.

Knowledge without action? It's like a map without a journey. 🗺️

We often see students master complex theories, yet struggle when faced with real-world challenges.

That's the gap we're committed to bridging at Global Youth Congress

It's not enough to simply learn; students need opportunities to apply that learning. We're creating environments where academic knowledge transforms into tangible action, where students don't just understand concepts, but actively use them to solve problems and create solutions.

Think of a student who understands the intricacies of climate change in a classroom.

Now, imagine them applying that knowledge to develop a sustainable urban farming project, or presenting a policy proposal at a conference. That's the kind of transformative learning we strive for.

We've seen firsthand how these real-world experiences ignite a passion for learning that extends far beyond textbooks and lectures.

It's about empowering students to become active participants in shaping their future and the future of our world.

Tears and a hug. 🥹

That's how Cata said goodbye after our New York Model UN program, as we brought her back to her parents, while she was crying because the experience was over.

Even after a long day of travel, that moment was a powerful reminder of why we do what we do. 💡

Our work as goes beyond lesson plans, content for class, and in my case logistics for international travel.

It’s truly about witnessing students like Cata discover their potential, their voice, and their ability to make a real impact.

Seeing her transform into a bright young leader, ready to advance our world.

I envision Cata, years from now, recalling this experience with pride.

She'll remember the challenges, the skills, and the confidence gained.

That's the legacy we strive to create: developing young leaders to advance humanity with integrity. 🚀
