The yoga sessions with Helena were deeply grounding and beautifully guided. She offers thoughtful, step-by-step instruction that makes the practice accessible and enriching for all levels. Surf lessons with Alvaro were equally fantastic; his patience, encouragement, and local knowledge made learning to ride the waves not only achievable but fun!

Loren, the retreat manager, was the heart of the operation, always present, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure every detail was taken care of. The food was another highlight: fresh, local, and absolutely delicious, prepared with so much love that you could taste it in every bite.

If you’re looking for a retreat that nurtures your body, mind, and soul with a caring community, expert guidance, and a beautiful setting, this is it. I left feeling recharged, inspired, and already dreaming of coming back”
