URBAN RUN IN BERLIN.
Berlin has so many different districts to offer. In Berliner Dialect ;) we call them “KIEZ”.
Some former industrial areas such as Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain count as urban and here you will see most of the street arts and diversity like in no other part of Berlin. Running here is always quite something .
Here’s a little 7k running route I have put together for you. ⬇️

RUNNER‘S WINTER BREATH. ❄️ Winter keeps Berlin under control and running is quite intense but we love it when we see our cold breath while feeling the warmth inside.
So don’t stay inside, go outside ! And even better, go for a run! 🏃🏻‍♂️🏃‍♀️

POST RUN STRETCH.
Never forget to stretch after running.
Stretching prevents injuries and keeps your muscles and fascial system all smooth.
Sometimes we forget about it because we are in a hurry or just lazy. So makes this to your post run routine. 10-15 minutes is enough. Your body will thank you for !
