VK Business Communication Solutions

VK Business Communication Solutions Customized Team Development Coaching and Training. Interactive Career and Success Programs. People who represent much more than job titles and job functions.

People development and growth are the most valuable KPIs an organization can have, yet are often considered unmeasurable. Leaders are challenged with constant disruption and uncertainty, fast-paced decision making, managing remote and hybrid teams, virtual onboarding, and maintaining and building agile structures for future team projects while trying to thrive through complexities. Behind each of

these challenges to be conquered, are people – the best definition of diversity. People with their human touch; their own cultures, backgrounds, skills, talents, careers, and experiences. People with ambitions, plans, goals, and dreams. These people make your organization run smoothly. And they are the ones who not only need, but deserve, coaching. Professional development coaching is more than finding a solution to an assumed problem. It is a process that requires an integral mix of empathy and analysis which leads to personal discovery about the true nature behind an issue, reason, or goal – and the results can be measured. I am Violetta, the coach who is interested in the person behind a job function, behind a culture, and behind behavior. I am the highly trained certified professional development coach who stays current with the best training and certifications to best serve global organizations (my clients) in retaining highly satisfied exceptional leaders and teams. A lingua franca, mostly English, is just one basic aspect of constructive communication for these teams. It’s imperative that cultural diversity and sensitivity are incorporated into your business landscape. The past few years have amplified how significant it is to implement the aspects of overcoming biases and building empathy in the hybrid workspace. I am a multicultural and multilingual mix myself, and have the experience, expertise, analytical style, and empathy to build bridges between people with different nationalities, identities, and diverse perspectives. Happiness is the new productivity; it’s not a trend, it’s reality. Professional development coaching is how international organizations can attract, retain, and engage exceptional leaders so the company thrives through its complexities. Let me ignite or rekindle strong teamwork, agility, and positivity to create a greater impact in your organization. My coaching programs are customized to fit your unique needs and are conducted in English and German. COACHING: EMPOWERMENT | GROWTH | ACHIEVEMENT | FULFILLMENT

Find the invisible potential | Turn frustration into action | Rekindle employee talent | Use team diversity to your advantage | Learn to be YOU in your function

It was my first job in the corporate world that opened my eyes to my true passion – coaching and professional development. I was hired to train the company owner. Shortly after, he confided in me his personal challenges, and he trusted me from the start. At that moment, I knew this is what I really loved to do. My biggest thrill is being a sounding board for my clients, and watching them grow and develop, both personally and in their work life. I love pushing them to use what they already have inside to help figure out what will truly bring satisfaction in their life and in work. If you have a solid company, a great product offering, the right people and teams in place – yet something isn’t quite right, then I can help. People who were once open to change can become resistant to it, high-performing teams that were can become complacent, and can either cause careers that were thriving to become dormant or for a company’s bottom line to suffer. I have the ability to embolden people to embrace their innate gifts and to ignite more teamwork, agility, and positivity at work. In my coaching, I emphasize the importance of uniting energy, professionalism, and vision to create greater impact in the workplace – because happiness is the new productivity. All coaching programs will be custom-tailored to address your unique needs (e.g. exec-assistant teams, woman-centric, entrepreneurs):

• One-on-One Executive Coaching
• 7 Steps to a More Fulfilling Career
• Own Your Career Ambition
• Team Up and Succeed

The business impact of fully engaged employees includes lower turnover, higher productivity, happier customers, and increased revenue. I will help you capitalize on individual and collective (“invisible/uncovered”) potential and bring it to bear to benefit your organization. TRAINING IN CULTURE | COMMUNICATION | LANGUAGE

The increasing global interconnectedness requires not only for your team to have language and communication skills, but that these skills are built on a solid foundation of respect for cultural diversity. You are a global player with international business partners and need to integrate skilled specialists from abroad. It’s imperative that cultural diversity and customs sensitivity be incorporated into your business landscape; team members must be able to demonstrate intercultural strengths in a wide variety of situations while communicating clearly and concisely. The training examples I’ve listed below are representative of all the trainings in my portfolio – and every training I give is customized to your unique needs. Training – Expats Working in Germany

You want to ensure that your international specialists will feel welcomed and comfortable working in your company. Their professional (and personal) success becomes your business’ success. Distance didn’t stop us from supporting each other in business.
Met through the US, connected via Argentina and Germany, and met this time in Switzerland. For the second time, we made it happen in person!

A reminder that the right people are out there - no matter where you meet them or how far apart you live.

It’s what keeps us going.

So if you’re feeling stuck, maybe the real question isn’t "What should I do next?" but rather "What do I actually love doing?".

The heat is on!

Are you still breathing? If not, take a deep one right now.

The busiest quarter of the year is charging into its final phase, and the countdown is on. Just four more weeks left on the calendar before... Christmas and the New Year.

But first, there are endless projects to wrap up, meetings squeezed into every last white space on your calendar, and pre-Christmas events and markets to attend.

Oh, and don’t forget to prep for the season itself!

If you don’t want to find yourself collapsing under the Christmas tree, it’s time to take a realistic approach.

✔️ What can you finish? Focus on that.
❌ What can’t be done? Move it to your list for next year.

Yes, January will be here before you know it, and guess what? Life will go on!

Some of you already have your January booked solid, juggling finalizing one year while planning the next. So, how will you stay sane and grounded through it all?

Slow down to speed up is my strategy. What is yours?

I’d love to hear it!

5 Mal in 15 Minuten. Ich habe mitgezählt. Auf Wiedersehen Konzentration. Hallo Stress.

Glass doors and open workspace: The love-hate relationship

But it’s all about collaboration, isn’t it?

Yes, it’s great to work in a fancy environment, with colorful chairs and couches that look like a playground for working adults. Having a brainstorming meeting while lounging in a bean bag definitely has its pros.

And there is more. Glass doors and walls that make us sit in office aquariums always available for a chat, a friendly wave, or an ad-hoc meeting. We are like fish in an aquarium watching out for what’s around us and not in front of us.

The result of an online meeting with a client of mine this week. She was trying to focus on our conversation. She got distracted by people walking by or stepping in 5 times in 15 minutes. I was counting. Goodbye focus. Hello stress.

Yes, there are people who learned to navigate that environment and can fade out distractions. But most can’t. And I know that you don’t always have a choice but let’s balance open workspace collaboration with the focus you need:

1️⃣ Set Physical and Visual Boundaries: Face away from high-traffic areas and use noise-canceling headphones. Have a “do-not-disturb” sign or a “busylight” on your desk.

2️⃣ Use Visual Cues for Availability: Small signs like “in focus mode” cards or even subtle color-coded signals can communicate your availability. Red for focused work, green for open collaboration-it’s a quick way to signal to colleagues without needing to explain.

3️⃣ Schedule Focus Blocks: Reserve time on your calendar for deep work, signaling when you're unavailable for interruptions.

4️⃣ Designate a Quiet Zone (if possible): If your workspace offers it, make use of designated quiet areas or find less-trafficked zones to work during times when deep focus is essential.

5️⃣ Practice Mindful Breathers: If distractions still sneak in, take a few minutes to ground yourself with simple breathing exercises. These can help reset your focus and manage any rising stress from interruptions.

And most importantly, communicate. 📢

Talk to your colleagues. You are not the only one loving or hating the space you work in. Set rules that you all follow. Remind each other of the respectful and considerate way of working.

Create the invisible walls and doors that you all need to be productive.
