Tour Itinerary: Cherchell & Tipaza (Day Trip from Algiers)
Departure from downtown Algiers by private vehicle in the morning.
Drive west along the scenic coastal road toward Cherchell, where we will meet our local guide.
In Cherchell, we will explore the rich history of the ancient city, visit the Archaeological Museum, and enjoy a walk through the local market.
After the visit, we continue to Tipaza, a beautiful seaside town known for its Roman ruins by the sea.
We will tour the impressive archaeological site of Tipaza, with its amphitheater, basilicas, and old streets facing the Mediterranean.
On the way back to Algiers, we stop at the Royal Mausoleum of Mauretania, locally known as "Tombeau de la Chrétienne" – a mysterious and iconic ancient monument.
Return to Algiers in the evening.

Itinéraire de la visite : Cherchell & Tipaza (Excursion depuis Alger)
Départ du centre-ville d’Alger en véhicule privé dans la matinée.
Nous empruntons la route côtière en direction de Cherchell, où nous retrouverons notre guide local.
À Cherchell, nous découvrirons la riche histoire de la ville antique, visiterons le Musée Archéologique et ferons une promenade dans le marché local.
Ensuite, nous prendrons la route vers Tipaza, une ville côtière réputée pour ses ruines romaines en bord de mer.
Nous explorerons le site archéologique de Tipaza, avec son amphithéâtre, ses basiliques et ses ruelles antiques face à la Méditerranée.
Sur le chemin du retour vers Alger, nous ferons une halte au Mausolée Royal de Maurétanie, connu localement sous le nom de "Tombeau de la Chrétienne" – un monument mystérieux et emblématique.
Retour à Alger en fin de journée.
