Facebook is changing again so....

If you'd like to stay up to date with all the Beeswax news and updates that we post, follow these instructions to make sure you don't miss out on anything:

I am very confused. I was asked for a quote to fully restore an oak table and 4 oak chairs. The chairs need to be taken apart, cleaned back to the wood, fixed (on one chair the carving is missing so must be replaced), rebuilt, coloured and varnished. And new leather put on the seat and back inserts. I gave a price of just over €100 per chair, not including the leather. A reasonable price for that amount of work, I thought.
I lost the job to someone that has given an offer of €23 per chair!!!!!!! How is that possible, it does not even cover the materials!!! How can I compete with B******T quotes like that!!!!

Isegi väikeste muredega võib meie poole pöörduda - täna sai üks köögitool kokku liimitud. Tappidest lahti olev tool võib olla päris ohtlik kui seda kasutavad pere kõige väiksemad.

Kas sa vahet märkad? Kaks vana nahast istmepõhja - natuke hoolt kergelt niiske lapiga ning tiba ihupiima ning kulunud nahk on pehmem, siledam ja ka erksam.
Do you see the difference? Two old leather chair seats - just a bit of TLC with a damp cloth and some body moisturiser and the leather is softer, smoother and brighter.
